Cancel my automatic payments?

I am totally fed up but will try to remain civil as I need a solution. Apparently I still have an account and getting charged for it but I cannot for the life of me manage to cancel…(obviously signing in was a delight…as always before you take my money…). Now I have tried logging in and it says I should do so through Google but when I do I see no subscription active… Please message me privately and I will give you all the screenshots, payment screenshot and my details. Please contact me asap.
