I have an issue related to billing

Even though, I cancelled the monthly plan, I was charged yesterday. Can you please look into it. Thanks.

Did you follow all the steps in https://help.aiprm.com/hc/en-us/articles/13777008954129-How-can-I-cancel-a-subscription- to cancel the subscription, and verify on the billing portal that the subscription is cancelled now? I have to ask, because you’d be amazed how many issues seem to come down to this.

Once you have verified do feel free to contact hello@aiprm.com with all the relevant details of exactly when you cancelled and how, with screenshots to confirm, and they’ll be able to investigate more thoroughly than we can here on a public forum.
