I changed my plan to a paid one of $20, using today’s offer, I don’t see any changes on my account. The same option without the autumn offer can be purchased elsewhere. Have I wasted my money? will my account be updated?
Hello, if you signed up for a premium AIPRM plan, you need to make sure that your AIPRM account is linked to the same email address you used on our checkout page.
Please pay close attention to the email address displayed next to your name on Signup - AIPRM for ChatGPT to confirm that it’s the correct AIPRM account.

unfortunately I actually have two different email addresses. My login (email address) is different than this AIPRM account (I paid money into it). In the chatgpt account settings, I don’t see a place where I can change the email address. What can I do?
We’re currently unable to change the email address associated with your AIPRM account because your billing information is tied to the email account used during the purchase.
However, it is important to note that you can link your AIPRM and OpenAI accounts even if they are registered under different email addresses. If your AIPRM account is currently connected to a different account, you need to disconnect the incorrect Google account from AIPRM and connect the correct one, to which your subscription is linked.
