AIPRM keeps asking me upgrade when I’ve bought the plan already.

The absolute most-common cause of such reports is that a user bought the ChatGPT Plus plan from OpenAI, but not the AIPRM Pro plan. Check that you are subscribed to the AIPRM Pro Plan or higher, which will show as a payment to AIPRM not to OpenAI. They are different products from different companies offering different benefits.
Right after that, and nearly as common, is people subscribing to a lower premium plan, such as the AIPRM Plus Plan, which does not include all of the benefits of the higher Pro Plan. When it says you need the AIPRM Pro plan or higher, that’s actually telling you everything you need.

Because you are trying to access AIPRM Verified Prompts list which is only available for the AIPRM Pro or higher plan.
