Hi, I just subscribed to the Pro plan a couple of days ago. I want to change it to Elite. Will it charge me for the full price, or add the needed dollars? Thanks much.
The way the premium packages are designed is that they can stack, meaning someone can increase their quotas by adding more than one Pro account, for instance. Because of that though, you’ll want to cancel your current plan before upgrading (and delay the upgrade until it expires) if you want to minimize the cost, otherwise you’ll have both plans at once, with all the features of Elite, but with the extra quotas of Pro.
