AIPRM Pro is not working in Chat

I have the same email address for both accounts. I linked them together, but I do not have the Pro features. I have been working with AIPRM people for days and they are not fixing it. What can I do?

It appears that the email address you used to subscribe is different from the one you linked to your AIPRM account. We have sent you instructions on how to resolve this by creating a Google account using the exact same email address.
