Can't save/have my own prompt

We’re still waiting for Chrome Web Store to review and publish the fixed version.

In the meantime, have you seen this temporary workaround?

I am a paid user, and paid to use the service, I cannot save prompts, including ones that worked before, please can you help, I tried the [VARIABLE1] and it had no effect, really frustrating considering I am paying now

Sorry Conal, I know this is terrible.
We found out that it affects all users.
The workaround is described above.

We are still waiting on Google to publish our fix from Monday.

Thx sir, the command working

Does the Google publish your fix about the problem of prompt?

You can be sure we’ll announce the update as soon as it is available.

Hello,

Any update here? Using [VARIABLE1] within the template does not work for me (paid account). Are there any other known workarounds that can be used while your team works on the issue?

Thanks.

if already you have a prompt so you make a new prompt for the same business so did not can save it. If save the new prompt so first prompt will be deleted. Make a new prompt if you have another business or platform choice.
