Last week I lost all my user/passwords. And that includes ChatGPT. When I log in using my user name, it shows my profile but it doesn’t show my billing for Plus or my history. I then tried another user incase I was mistaken and that had nothing. I’m trying not to freak out and have faith that it will get figured out but when email for help I don’t get a response. Who and where can I go? I’m paying monthly for plus but don’t have access.

Thanks for your post. AIPRM and OpenAI are separate entities. This is AIPRM, not OpenAI. If you were referring to your ChatGPT Plus subscription, please reach out to OpenAI.

However, if you meant your AIPRM Plus subscription, it is linked to your ChatGPT account. Make sure you are logging in the correct ChatGPT account.
