I purchased AIPRM Plus in Jul23, within the same day, i upgraded to AIPRM Elite. I assumed that the with the purchase of AIPRM elite, it will automatically update my existing plan from Pro to Elite.
When i was checking my credit card statements today, i realize that i am double biled for both Plus and Elite licenses. Unknowingly, i have been paying for the plus license as well. Makes no sense for me to pay for AIPRM Plus when i have already subscribed/ upgraded to Elite for the full year.
Can the team help me with the refund for the amount i paid for AIPRM Plus?
