Hi everyone,
I’m hoping to get some guidance from anyone who may have experienced a similar situation.
My Anthropic / Claude organization was disabled without any warning or prior notification. I did not receive any emails, policy notices, or alerts indicating an issue, nor did I receive a notification that my account or organization was being banned or suspended.
I submitted the required Account Ban Appeal immediately, but it has now been almost two weeks with no update or explanation. During this time, I’ve been unable to access critical documents and workflows stored in Claude, which has significantly impacted active work.
I fully understand the need for safety reviews, but the lack of communication has made it difficult to know how to proceed.
If anyone here has:
- Gone through a similar account or organization disablement
- Successfully had access restored
- Found a way to get clearer updates or escalation
I’d really appreciate any insight or guidance you’re willing to share.
