Have a little problem with chatGPT-4

Hello good evening to all !

Hope someone can help me ?
I have chatGPT-4 and for me, for example, no black bold headline is displayed and no bold black titles and such. The text is displayed boring like with chatGPT-3.
The bold black font would be great for articles and so on. Because then you could comfortably insert this in Word and you wouldn’t need to change anything in the text.
I hope you understand what I mean.
