What output file is the document? There is NOTHING on my Mac that will open this file
I’m guessing you are using the AIPRM Export Chat feature, given that this is the AIPRM community site, but it’s always worth asking to make certain (and checking to make sure you don’t have any other extensions installed that might provide that function or cause conflicts).
I think the export format is plain text, and will open with anything that can read .txt files - try that first.
