What I think is the cause:
Email connected to Google Workspace. We changed the primary domain of Google Workspace.

Want to simply deactivate one of my elite licenses

By contacting the support through the email that have the Elite subscription.
Did you contact them through that email?
Keep saying they cannot confirm that it’s me!
