I created 4-5 prompts a few weeks ago and saved them. When I looked shortly thereafter, they were visible and functional in the “Own Prompts” tab, but now all are missing. Recent history and other AIPRM prompts are visible, and logging out and back in doesn’t help. Suggestions?
Check you are using the right OpenAI account, make sure that you are not selecting a specific Topic Category, and check the prompts per page.

That seems to have been the problem. Logging into ChatGPT with my email address and password gets AIPRM public prompts but none of my “own” – but logging with Google, which uses the same email address, gets AIPRM public prompts AND my own. Thanks!
