Please, could you help me to cancel my subscription?

Hi,

I’d like to have my AIPRM account canceled, I paid 3 months and never used it, and it seems I am not able to cancel how the tutorial shows here, but has been credited to my credit card all this time. Please, can someone help me?

I tried this method and didn’t work. Every month, it’s being debited from my credit card, but I can’t cancel it using the method indicated in the forum

Did you see and click this? After you click ‘Manage’ in AIPRM?

The “Manager” tab doesn’t appear for me, and this is the biggest problem I’m facing it. =(
