Pro connection not working all of a sudden

Help I paid for Pro and I am 6 mounths into a yearly subscription and my Claude page is showing a free account. But when you go into my account it says Pro. I have uninstalled and disconnected/reconnected my account and still will not fix. Any suggestions?

Hello, I did this but it just let me to an article about the difference between PLUS and PRO. I paid for PRO.
