Problem cant press the continue or cancel button on the link accounts popup

I installed the plugin for chrome and when i start it this popup to link the openai and aiprm accounts shows up this popup has 2 buttons which both dont work for me i can click them and nothing happens

tried reinstalling rebooting some updates but still no go

please enlighten me
