You should allow re-ordering of custom lists, or be able to change to a default which would always remain at the top.

And an additional one that fills the same gap:
let me choose how many columns the prompts are split and more than 20 prompts on one page (perhaps endless scroll with automatic reload).
Just an idea…
it seems you are talking about the homepage layout, not the custom list order
