I’m having an issue with my subscription access. I cancelled my subscription in advance to prevent auto-renewal, and the system clearly shows that my account should remain active until February 26, 2026.
However, my account has already been downgraded to the Free version, and I cannot access Plus features. I have been experiencing this issue since last week.
Is there a way to restore my access for the remaining period? Any guidance on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
