How I came up with it

As a student of UX design, I have been tasked with numerous assignments, and conducting quantitative research is an integral part of this process. However, I recognized that simply creating a 10-15 question form was insufficient. As a student, I desired a survey form that included relevant questions, which would provide meaningful insights for my research. In response to this need, I conceived the idea of generating questions for forms, which would serve as a valuable starting point for my research endeavors.

How do you ensure they are meaningful, in the prompt?

I reviewed it and it seems to just result in “Give me N questions about this topic”.

I don’t see how this would meet any of the guidelines for quantitative research, that you are studying.
