After The Premium Version Launched I can’t able to add private prompts.

You can save 2 Private Prompts in the Free Plan. If you have more than 2, from before the change, it doesn’t delete any, you still have them, but you cannot save any more, not even to edit, until you are again below the limit of 2. The Premium Plans extend that quota, allowing more.
