Upgraded to Pro and now prompts don't work

I upgraded to the pro version yesterday and today none of my prompt history is available. The prompt is accepting content but does nothing when you press enter. Any thoughts or is the system down?

Thanks for letting us know. We’re sorry to hear about the trouble. Upgrade doesn’t affect prompt history. There might be an issue with your OpenAI/ChatGPT account. Please try the following:

  1. Log out of your OpenAI/ChatGPT account and log back in to ensure you’re using the correct account.
  2. Check if the issue persists without the AIPRM browser extension enabled. If it does, it may be an OpenAI/ChatGPT issue, in which case we recommend contacting OpenAI’s support team.
