Let me ask you a rhetorical question - one you don’t need to answer, but might think about and in doing so come to some greater knowledge.
Why would you want to create content in languages you cannot provide customer support in? Having a requirement that users all be able to (even if only with automated assistance) communicate in a language you can read and write is usually a very sound tactical decision.
