There have been a few reported incidents on OpenAI recently which may have caused this issue on your end.
Unfortunately, AIPRM cannot directly influence or help with any outages of ChatGPT or other OpenAI products.
Your best bet is to contact OpenAI Customer Support directly and let them know of the error.
