AIPRM upgrade not available after paying for it

Hi,

After upgrading to AIPRM not able to access features that should be available. Tried all suggestions (including adding Extensity plugin). Bottom-line the Big Red “Disconnect” button is not available to me and logging in and out of the account doesn’t help either. I think I need techsupport to reassign my account to a different Gmail account. Help…
