In the meantime, have you seen this temporary workaround?

[SOLVED IN 1.1.4.5] Version 1.1.3.30 Defect when Saving Prompts

Updated the OP with [WORKAROUND for Saving Prompts Broken in 1.1.3.30 (a fix is in review queue with Google)] TLDR: just add [VARIABLE1:dummy] to your prompt and you’ll be able to save it.
