I subscribed and paid for the $20 a month plan and it is not upgrading my account. I have been charged for this transaction and have a payment receipt. How can I get the upgrade to link to my account?

I’ve had the same problem. my chatgpt account is with one email and then i created a AirRM Premium account which obviously logged to my googlemail account. But when i link the AI together and follow the instructions it’s telling me to upgrade. I double checked and the payment has come out. How do I fix this. I’ve tried to disconnect and reconnect but still says the same.
If you signed up for a premium AIPRM plan, you need to make sure that your AIPRM account is linked to the same email address you used on our checkout page.
Please pay close attention to the email address displayed next to your name on http://app.aiprm.com/ to confirm that it’s the correct AIPRM account.
